SEA Evaluation Methodology
Phase I
- SEA team evaluates packets at Fort Gregg-Adams (virtual process)
- Unit uploads packet via SharePoint
- Packets are evaluated IAW AR 710-2, Appendix B, Table B1-B5
- Units must achieve a score (80%>) IOT to qualify for Phase II
- Top three highest scoring units (per component per level) are selected for
Phase II evaluation
Phase II
- SEA team conducts on-site evaluations of top two highest scoring units
(per component per level) - Evaluated units must achieve a score of (90%>) IOT to be eligible for Winner
or Runner-Up honors - Packets are evaluated IAW AR 710-2, Appendix B, Table B1-B5
- Unit w/the highest score (90%>) (per component per level) is declared
the winner - Unit w/the highest overall score across all three Compos will receive
the "Best of the Best Award"
