Quartermaster Chief Warrant Officer Belinda JacksonCW5 Belinda Jackson is originally from Eutaw, Alabama. She enlisted in the United States Army in October 1994. She attended basic combat training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Lee, Virginia as a 92Y, Unit Supply Specialist. She held the rank of Sergeant First Class and was accessed into the Warrant Officer Corps in 2003 as a Property Book Officer.

Her previous assignments include Fort Eustis, Virginia; Camp Red Cloud, Korea; Fort Rucker, Alabama; Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; Fort Knox, Kentucky; Fort Stewart, Georgia, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Fort Lee, Virginia with duty at Fort Belvoir, Virginia; Pentagon, Washington D.C.; Fort Lee, Virginia.

Her deployments include two tours to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a tour to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom V. CW5 Jackson served as an Asset Visibility Officer, Battalion Property Book Officer, Corps Property Book Officer, Class III Accountable Officer, Battle Captain, GCSS-Army Capabilities Developer in the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Project Manager for Enterprise Master Data Challenge System (EMDCS), Department of the Army Detailed Inspector General and as the Quartermaster Warrant Officer Proponent, Office of the Quartermaster General. She is a graduate of the Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course, Warrant Officer Staff Course (Commandants List), Warrant Officer Advanced Course (Distinguished Honor Graduate), Warrant Officer Basic Course (Distinguished Honor Graduate). Her technical training includes Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

CW5 Jackson's awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (3rd award), Army Commendation Medal (4th award), Army Achievement Medal (5th award), Korea Defense Medal. Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal and awarded Distinguished Member of the Quartermaster Corps. She has also been awarded the Department of the Army Staff identification badge. She is a Distinguished Member of the Quartermaster Corps and a recipient of the Distinguished Order of Saint Martin Award.

CW5 Jackson holds an Associate Degree in Arts (Chaminade University, Honolulu, Hawaii), A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's degree in Education Curriculum (American Military University, Charles Town, West Virginia).
