The Army Human Resources Command (HRC) and the Quartermaster Corps are looking for one stellar 92M (Mortuary Affairs Specialist) Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) who qualifies to serve as representatives for the Training with the Industry (TWI) Program. The NCO, when selected, will represent Department of Defense (DOD) personnel at the Guild Associates located in Dublin, Ohio from August 2013 thru July 2014. The selected NCO will be placed in a Military Liaison position where he/she will assist in the integration of all of the Mobile Integrated Remains Collection System (MIRCS). This NCO will be trained on the production of the MIRCS, assist in development of updates to the MIRCS, and all training documents and manuals and assist in the fielding of all systems. The selected NCO will gain extensive knowledge of the equipment and become the subject matter expert to continue to train the Mortuary Affairs Specialists (92M) throughout the Army. The intent is for the participant to gain a total understanding of the MIRCS, teach and apply the knowledge at his/her follow on assignment.
