Mission
Execute the eight Personnel Development System Life cycle Management functions for Quartermaster Officer, Warrant Officer, and Enlisted Soldiers assigned to the Active, Army National Guard and US Army Reserve Components.
Vision
Develop Quartermaster Soldiers able to execute the seven Quartermaster War-Fighting Functions (Supply Distribution, Aerial Delivery, Subsistence, Mortuary Affairs, Petroleum, Water, and Field Services) to support expeditionary Army and Joint war-fighting capabilities across the full spectrum of military operations.
