Concepts, Systems & Policy Division (CSPD)

Mission Statement

Concepts, Systems, and Policy Division (CSPD) – Serves as the functional proponent for food operations automated systems, develops new concepts; and provides Army-level oversight to the Subsistence Prime Vendor Program. Receives and analyzes Army-wide subsistence accounting data; provides food service contract management oversight; develops and maintains the Army Food Program policy, procedures and doctrinal publications.
