Cortez Frazier

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Cortez Frazier served for 35 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University and a double Masters of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions and Leadership and Management from Webster University.

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Frazier served as the Chief Instructor for the Aerial Delivery Field and held numerous positions throughout the Parachute Rigger Field to include service in the 3/75 Ranger Regiment Ranger Support Platoon; 623^rd Quartermaster Company (QM) Fort Bragg, NC; 24^th QM CO Vicenza, Italy; Defense Logistics Agency, New Cumberland, PA; Echo CO 782^nd Main Support Battalion, Fort Bragg, NC.; Joint Logistics Command, 10^th Mountain Sustainment Brigade, Bagram, Afghanistan; Division Parachute Officer 82^nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC.; Deputy Chief of Instructional Division, Aerial Delivery, Fort Lee, VA.; Aerial Delivery Military Liaison, Research Development Engineering Command (RDECOM) and Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) Natick, MA.; and retired as the Army Senior Airdrop Advisor for the Department of Defense (DOD) and Allied Nations Parachute Rigger Training and Airborne Doctrine Development at Aerial Delivery and Field Services Directorate, Fort Lee, Virginia.
