Chief Warrant Officer 5 Judith Stephens enlisted in the regular Army in 1983 and retired from active duty 2013. She is a graduate from the Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course and holds a bachelor’s degree from Regents College of New York.
Chief Warrant Officer 5 Stephens' assignments include Senior Chief Warrant Officer Leader Development Advisor/Analyst, Deputy Chief of Staff G3/5/7, Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Eustis, VA; Quartermaster Warrant Officer Assignments Officer, Human Resources Command, Alexandria, VA; Assistant Quartermaster Warrant Officer Proponent, Quartermaster Center and School, Fort Lee, VA; Senior Property Book Officer/Deputy Director of Facilities, Central Command (CENTCOM), Gulf Region Division, Project and Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq and Quartermaster Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced Course Instructor/Writer, 23rd Quartermaster Brigade, Fort Lee, VA.
Her combat and operational Deployments include Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Saudi Arabia/Iraq, 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized); Operation Iraqi Freedom, attached as an augmentee to Central Command (CENTCOM) Gulf Region Division, Project and Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq.
Chief Warrant Officer 5 Stephens was inducted as a Distinguished Member of the Quartermaster Regiment in 2009 and is a recipient of the Distinguished Order of Saint Martin, the Patron Saint of the Quartermaster Corps. Chief Warrant Officer 5 Stephens was also awarded The Honorable Order of the Eagle Rising, “Silver Level” by the Region and Chapter Level of the US Army Warrant Officer Association.
