                     Learn about JCCoE, its Directorates, and Divisions

JCCoE is organized into 3 Directorates. Each Directorate supports the overall JCCoE Mission. Within each Directorate there are several Divisions and Branches. Each Division and corresponding Branch is responsible for monitoring and/or implementing the Army Food Service Program in accordance with Army Regulations: AR 30-22 and DA PAM 30-22.

Organizational Structure

JCCoE organization of Directorates and Divisions is as follows:

JCCoE Operations Directorate:

Represents the Director, JCCoE, the Commanding General, USAQMS, the Commander, CASCOM, the Commander, TRADOC, and the HQDA ODCSLOG on issues involving subsistence management and feeding in both garrison and battlefield environments.

Special Programs Directorate:

For DA DCSLOG, manages the DA International Food Service Executives Association, Philip A. Connelly Awards Program for Food Service Excellence.

Joint Culinary Training Directorate:

Serves as the principal advisor to the Director, JCCoE, the Commander and to the DA DCSLOG on all issues involving food operations and subsistence management training.
