Futures and Modernization Division (FMD)
JCCoE Mission
Serves as the DAG4 Lead Agent for the Army Food Service Program. Corporate headquarters and DAG4/USAQMS Advisor for the worldwide Army Food Service Program. Joint Culinary Center of Excellence Operations Directorate, under the authority of the DA DCS G4, serves as the DAG4 lead agent and point of contact regarding all aspects of the worldwide Army Food Program for garrison, field, and contingency operations (CONOPS) feeding in accordance with Army Regulation AR 30-22, Army Food Program. Supports the DoD Core Values: Leadership, Professionalism, and Technical Knowledge through dedication to duty, integrity, ethics, honor, personal courage, and loyalty.
FMD Mission
FMD serves as the hub for the continuous modernization of the Army Food Program; responsible for the central direction, management and oversight of improved concepts, capabilities, and organizational structures to commanders and culinarians IOT facilitate the success of Unified Land Operations; additional houses the food service liaison for Reserve Components.
