Quality Assurance Division (QUAD)
Mission
As part of the Army’s Food Service Modernization Program, we support force readiness through improved nutrition in both garrison and field-feeding Army operations. Additionally, we provide oversight for the Army Food Program with functions pertaining to subsistence including menu and recipe planning, nutrition, food safety and protection, preventive medicine, and environmental protection through food waste management.
