Mr. Toler served the Quartermaster Corps faithfully throughout his career in the Civil Service particularly during his service as the Deputy to the Commander United States Army Quartermaster Center and School from 2002-2012. Mr. Toler served as senior advisor and consultant to the Quartermaster General and staff on command level matters. He directed mission activities for the Quartermaster Center & School and always sought to find means for the QMC&S to most effectively and efficiently carry out its mission. Larry developed policies and researched issues for future combat developments and training concepts for Army Transformation. He provided leadership oversight and coordination of proponent actions in combat development and training development for Army Transformation. Mr. Toler managed support functions, including budget, manpower economic and end analysis logistics, operational support to training, instructional technology, professional development personnel, and security.

As the Quartermaster lead for the Base Realignment and Closure 2005 actions, Mr. Toler maintained and enhanced Quartermaster war-fighting functions, enlarging the scope of the mission and doubling facilities square footage. Mr. Larry L. Toler’s key assignments include: Equipment Manager for Government Furnished Equipment, Advanced Attack Helicopter (Apache) Program, Officer of the Program Manager, St Louis, Missouri; Special Assistant to the Commander, U.S. Army Materiel Command, Alexandria, Virginia; Senior Logistics Management Specialist, Combat Developments (Transportation), CASCOM; Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist, Combat Developments (Quartermaster), CASCOM; Deputy to the Commander, U.S. Army Quartermaster School and Center. Mr. Toler developed policies and researched issues for future combat developments and training concepts for Army Transformation providing leadership, oversight and coordination of proponent actions in combat development and training development for Army transformation. His work at CASCOM and AMC served to advance the interests of the Quartermaster Corps and better integrate Quartermasters into combat sustainment operations.
