Chief Warrant Officer Five Samuel P. Galloway, Retired, currently serves as President/CEO of GFS Consulting, LLC. GFS Consulting specializes in assisting food product manufacturers to successfully market their food products to the US Military Services. Before starting his own consulting company, CW5 Galloway directed J.O.Y. Foods, Inc.'s Worldwide Food Service Sales Initiatives for the Military Services. Prior to joining J.O.Y. Foods Management Team, CW5 Galloway served as The Army Food Advisor for the United States Army from 1995 to 2001. His primary duties as the Senior Technical Advisor to the U.S. Army included supervision and management of the development and execution of The Army Food Program; ensuring that the highest quality meals and customer service attainable were provided to the United States Army. During his 39 years of experience in food service operations and logistics, CW5 Galloway served in many other key positions such as: The OIC of the Inspector General’s Food Service Inspection Team, an Instructor for Warrant Training at the Quartermaster Center & School; and Chief of United States Army Field Feeding System Task Force where he directed a staff charged with developing an Army-wide field feeding system for the future. This included menu development, food packaging and distribution, field feeding equipment upgrades and a recommended automation concept.

Although retired from active duty, CW5 Galloway remains involved in the Association of Quartermasters, the United States Army Warrant Officer Association, the Research & Development Association, the International Foodservice Executives Association and the International Military Community Executives Association. In 2005, CW5 Galloway was inducted into the Quartermaster Hall of Fame.
